Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: [3-7 business days]
- Expedited Shipping: [1-3 business days]
- Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 for the tracking information to update.
Return Policy
Return Window: We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order. Lotions and sprays must be greater than or equal to half full to be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Personalized items
